Pilates Mat Certification

Posted by Anna Jones on July 18, 2014July 18, 2014

I am so excited to be doing an 18 hour Pilates Mat certification this weekend at Pilates Pavilion (http://www.pilatespavilion.com). I love the benefits that I have seen personally since starting Pilates and yoga and want to be able to share this strength-building, lengthening & sculpting workout with clients, friends and family!
